The Broker was very knowledgeable, and helped us understand the Department Of Transportations rules. Price is not the primary concern for any transaction, knowledge, and communication skills are at the top of the list.
The driver arrived 1/2 day later than expected, he claimed due to a flat tire, i believed him, but even if not true, he still remained in contact with us and reported his location and E.T.A. all the time.
If would have been a little easier for us as 1st time shippers, if it was explained how compleat an inspection of the car, and how long it takes (1/2 hr) it all makes sense, because since every scratch & nick has to be noted, so as to avoid fradulant claims.
Of car arrived 1 day early, but since the driver called 1 day in advance, it was not a problem. It was delivered right to the door of our house, and I just gave the drive a ride back to hi truck, which was parked a few blocks away.
