Vehicle in Sacramento, Ca. was picked up during the window of time identified in agreement; delivery of vehicle to Newton, Ks. was in a timely manner (though transport truck was delayed in snow storm in New Mexico - I did receive call advising of this). Notification of pick-up time was properly identified to Sacramento contact person.
All communiction by phone and e-mail with Stateway office was informative, dependable and pleasant. The meeting with driver to take posession of vehicle in Kansas and make final payment was satisfactory. Interior of car clean and undisturbed.
