Everything went fine. It was our first time shipping a car. I rate the whole process 5 stars plus. There internet site was great, I had other quotes lower, but there internet site was easier. I could have signed up on the net or call. I called because I prefer to talk to a human. The Customer rep was excellent, the Driver was professional, very kind and courteous and communcated perfectly.
