We are completely satisfied with the service and personnel contact with Stateway.
The office personnel, Jennifer Baker, kept me informed from day to day about pickup and expected delivery times. If I had any questions, Jennifer would answer my call promptly. She gave me the drivers name and phone number who I could call at anytime.
The driver, Joe, answered his phone immediately and kept me informed of his location and expected arrival time. He arrived for pick up within minutes of his expected arrival time. He loaded my car with care- -completely professional. Joe was polite and gave me confidence not to worry.
Upon arrival in Denver, exactly as planned, he unloaded the car with care and absolutely no hassel or surprises. No extra charges- -just as per agreement
I would recommend Stateway anytime A good trustworthy company.
