I was some what hesistant about transporting my truck. After I spoke with the folks at Stateway I did feel a bit better about the entire ordeal. My truck was picked up early (which I appreciated) and the nicest man, Carlo- -from Carlo Transport in San Bernadino,CA came to pick up my truck. He was likeable right off. He checked my truck out thouroughly before loading. Carlo was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He told me the expected time forthe following day in AZ. He gave me his phone number and said I could call him anytime if I had questions, or to check the status of my trucks progress. I did call him a few hours later with a question reguarding the drop off time at my friends home in AZ, as she had an appointment at 1100AM. Carlo said he will call her to work out the exact times and would be there a bit earlier so she would make her appt. ontime. Carlo went above and beyond, he stayed in touch with my friend calling and letting her know when he was an hour out, keeping everyone up to date on the situation. He delivered my truck (at around 1000AM) without incident and in perfect condition. I would recommend Stateway to anyone.......and don't forget to ask for Carlo.
