I was told my vehicle would be picked up within 3 - 7 days, but was pleasantly surpised when I received a call 12 hours after placing my order and was told they could pick my car up right away ( with no additional fee) if it was convenient for me. From beginning to end- speaking with Stateway, meeting the drivers and receiving the car in Santa Monica, it was a 5 STAR experience. I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to do so, after receiving more than I was promised from a FIRST CLASS company!
