I would suggest anyone looking to have a vehicle moved across the USA to use another company than
Stateway. I listed my vehicle with this company on 4/13/11 and every month I'd call for a status update and I ALWAYS had to leave a message and wait a day or more for a return call.Then was told that the vehicle should be moved shortly , but always with an excuse as to why the vehicle isn't being picked up. Plus, on the 1st week that charged my VISA a fee, yet The listing states no fees until the vehicle is moved.. After waiting 3 long months after numerous statements from Sue" the vehicle will move", I canceled the listing and went to another company..
THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR THE MONEY THEY GET.
Plus, they owe me the DEPOSIT fee which I"M PATIENTLY WAITING FOR...
