I found this company to be the worst experience I have ever had. They lied about having their own drivers, they lied about having a driver already designated and now are trying to collect when they did absolutely nothing. I cancelled the contract prior to leaving town and have the email to prove it. The customer service was lousy. They never called back and if I was lucky enough to get through they just would have someone else call me back. With never happened. They had errors in the contract which they said they would correct, which they never did. They are just scammers and totally dishonest. They did not honor their pickup dates. Stay far away from this company all they are trying to do is get the $150.00 fee knowing they can never fulfill it.

Sorry for any inconvenience we have caused you in this matter. You did go with a CONTRACTED service which means that your going with our guys that run the routes for our company. They are Contracted. We contracted you with Four Seasons Auto Transportation LLC. Also, in your contract we have 2-3 days to get your vehicle moved. Driver showed up to your place on the 2 day to pick up and you were not there. Thats why the BBB is honoring our dispute and your bank has honored our dispute with your claim. Have a nice day
