After dealing with a dishonest shipper at first, we were happy about the call from David. He explained to us the whole process of car shipping, how he and the company works and ensured us to find a driver for our specifically requested pickup date. A few days later we received the contract, which we sent back to the customer service per e-mail (no fax needed!) And soon after that we got a call from one of the drivers. He was very helpful and even agreed to pickup the car at our hotel. Less than 48 hours later we received our carin Florida and we have nothing to complain about. Great company, great drivers!
