I have to say I was very pleased with my experience. From the first time I spoke to Max about the transport he was very helpful, he took the time to explain everything. He also was very polite and patient with me, this was my first time ever trying to do this and I was very nervous and unsure about what I was doing or how to go about all of it. It took me days to get everything squared away and to make sure someone could meet the driver where it was being picked up. It didn't matter if I called him 3 or 4 times or emailed him with questions, Max was always very helpful in settling my nerves. To sum it all up the transport went off without any problems it was picked up on time, and the car arrived within a day or two of the estimated time!! NO COMPLAINTS !!! Thank you and I would use State by State again.
