My experience with State by State from beginning to end was effortless. I spoke to Miguel, he was professional and decisive with the cost and confident regarding the services his company would offer. When I informed Miquel that I was still gathering quotes from other companies,he didn't become aggresive (i.e- pushy used car salesman like other cmpanies) He provided hs contact information and obtained mine and thanked me for the consideration. My car was picked ujp two days later and arrived one day early. State by State didn't have any hidden cost, delays, gimmicks or surprise cost. Although we didn't request or pay for an enclosed transport, it was nice to see my car roll off a very nice totally enclosed carrier. Kelly also called a couple of times to make sure all of my questions were answered, and completed a call back to ensure our experience was good. I will definitely refer State by State to others, as well as to my company in the future.
