Customer service was great, answered all my questions with knowledgable answers. This being my first time shipping an ebay vehicle. Arrangements for pickup was made through the owner, so I can not say when it was available or when it was picked up. I made the arrangements on a Thursday and had the car in my driveway by Monday morning. They only problem I had was getting confirmation on the delivery time. They said it would be in the moning and was going to call the night before to give me the time, but I never got that call. Overall, would use again and recommend State-by-State Transfer.
