We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately the carriers on this route were not able to confirm a full load for your pickup window to transport your vehicle on the dates you requested. These drivers are independent carriers and they confirm the route once the load is complete for them to get on the road. Pick up windows and delivery dates are estimated due to any unforeseen delays any of these carriers may have. We do provide that info. on our contracts explaining this. Carriers put their loads together closer to dates, so even if you set up your order a month in advance, they can only confirm their loads closer to dates requested and hope there is no delays for pick up. We were in full communication with the customer at all times and always advised the situation to them.
