There are NO hidden broker fees, we never charge the customer any money or the deposit which is our fee, until the driver is CONFIRMED for the order. We were in contact with the customer at all times while working on his order to confirm a driver to schedule the pick up. Once the driver was confirmed and we advised the customer, he decided to cancel the order. We never charged the customer any money and did all the work for his order for free. The pricing that is quoted to any customer is the average price for the Drivers doing the route. If other options are given to us by any drivers, we offer the option to the customer before we confirm any details with the driver for pickup. The customer decided to cancel the order afterwe had confirmed all the details with him and the driver. The extra money for the option was for a driver who was looking to confirm the customers vehicle on his load, and was NOT going to us a any broker fee.
