STATE2STATE SETS THE STANDARD!!! When researching how to ship my beautiful car to my family in California - I won't lie; I was a nervous wreck. I did not even know what questions to ask. I went online to investigate and asked for a quote only to receive fifty quotes from 50 companies (okay I exaggerate). STILL not knowing how to find the HONEST, DEPENDABLE, and FAIR Company; I did what all consumers should do I searched the internet for reviews on the companies that seemed to be quoting about the same (apples to apples theory). I called State2State Transportation because let’s face it: their email was more honest, more informational, their reviews stood out from the pack (as they should) and their price seemed 'right in the middle'. Amber my Customer Service rep was patient and compassionate, understanding that I was completely lost and had no idea what I was doing. She spoke to me for quite some time explaining the process, even giving my helpful hints on how to interview another carrier if I choose to utilize another service. I felt listened to and taken care of. Needless to say I hired State2State that day; Amber emailed me and spoke to me on the phone throughout the process, and promptly arranged a pick-up. YES they need money to hire a driver! Giving her permission to run my credit card for the small deposit was handled securely and I was able to receive documentation (the agreement, the receipt and the car carrier's insurance). The driver was friendly and his truck was clean, he called to give me the time for pick up a day in advance, and he was early! My Family called me when the car arrived in California and they were so excited, again the driver was early with a phone call along the way with good estimated time of arrival. If I ever need to send a car on a road trip I know just who to call. NO RESEARCH REQUIRED!
