Bad Experience

State to State gave me one of the most competitive quotes. Was meant to pick up the car on 01/10 and informed me that this was an estimate i.e. plus or minus one day. I informed them that I had a flight to catch on 01/12 and it could not be late. The truck was 6 days late eventually picking up the car on 01/17. I had to take my flight and arrange for a friend to help with the pickup of the car. To add insult to injury I had to pay $80 above the quoted price to get the car transported 6 days late. Needless to say I will not be using them again.

We called the customer to advise on the pickup dates with the confirmed driver and sent him an email confirmation and he never showed any disapprovment nor did he say he had a problem with the driver confirmed. If the customer would have told us he was not happy with the pick up date or the arrangements he made directly with the actual driver, we could have made different arrangements for him or coordinated something better. We called him once we received this review to go over with him the situation and advised that we would have been able to accomodate him better if he would have told us there was a problem from the beggining.
