We explained to the customer that we did have drivers that were doing this route, but we were waiting for a driver to confirm thier full load to schedule the pick up. We were in contact with her and advised the information needed at all times. We went ahead and cancelled the customer due to her review when we had been doing everything possible to move her car. We never lied to her, we were very honest on the transport information. We had not even ran the deposit, until we had everything confirmed with the driver.
