Horrible, worst communication, delay pickup 2 week late delivery with 0 communication, followed by damage that was unreported by the carrier, only to find out that our client has been dealing with them and their insurance company for weeks, followed by 3 month of emails and calls back and forth. Left countless voicemails requesting to get a call back from an owner or a manager, still waiting since November.
Now we were hit by lawsuit from the customer.
Avoid this unprofessional and irresponsible company.
