I hired this company to transport my vehicle. 1st phone call quoted $750 including delivering with boxes inside vehicle that were already inside and also in the storage unit. Upon confirming load I was then quoted $850 due to personal items being transported..ok. Once driver arrived, I got a call saying they need more money to transport and load the additional boxes.. NOT WHAT I AGRED UPON. Driver brought vehicle with the boxes that were already there. Broker agreed to hire a driver that takes PayPal. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!! Missed work, penalized for missing work. Complete nightmare. I will dispute deposit.
