I shipped 2 cars from Austin to Seattle. I was quoted one price and then both times my credit card was charged $150 more. They don't tell you when they will pick it up or when they will drop it off. If you ask a question, they answer it to get you off the phone but it may or may not be a correct answer. They picked up the car 24 hours late and did not call, they did not call when they were 30 hours late dropping off the car. They refused to credit my card the overpayment and they are quite unprofessional in every way.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
