On the day before pickup, I had still not heard from the company with an estimate of when they would be coming to pickup my vehicle. I tried to call and email them several times the day of my pickup. I finally got a return phone call and they asked if my pickup date could be changed. I wasn't able to do that since I was leaving the next day. So, they came to pick it up. My delivery at the destination was supposed to be to my door. On the day of delivery at my destination, they called and asked me to meet them at a parking lot not far from my home. Luckily, I was able to get a ride to meet them (since they had my car). There was no reason they could not have delivered it to my door. Large trucks are on the street all the time. Then, when I got to the parking lot, they parked my vehicle with the front facing the transport truck. I did a quick review of my vehicle and saw a hole in the front bumper which they were apparently trying to hide. I pointed it out to the driver (who did not mention it and was trying to get me to sign the paperwork). He offered to take $150 off for the damage from driving the vehicle on/off the transport truck. I said no that wasn't enough and would file a claim. I got NO response from the Speedy Transport or the subcontractor regarding my claim. My insurance company did an estimate for $500 to fix the damage. So, not only did they damage my car and admit it was their fault, they refused to work with me and pay for the damage. They completely ignored my attempts to contact them. I would not recommend this company and will never use them again.
