I really needed my little car and did not know who to trust. A dear friend found and researched Speedy Auto Transport. From the 1st time a spoke to David (my sales rep) he was knowledgable, patient and kind. After securing service with a deposit I needed to cancel, David handled everything including a full refund within 2 days (which companies rarely do). A month later I called David again to rebook, again he was efficient, he walked me through everything and made the process super simple. Freddy (my customer service rep) is funny, actually returns calls and answered all my questions. Truly this company only employs great guys that are on the ball! Most importantly my little car (Mazda Miata, zoom zoom) arrived safe and sound. The drive who kept in contact with me through out his journey, arrived before schedule with a smile. I can't say enough about my experience and how happy I am to have my little car.
