The worst experience ever! I scheduled for pick up in late Jan 2009, gave James my credit card information around Feb 12, 2009 for my car to be p/u Mar 30,2009 (sch p/u date on a Tues). James told me the driver would contact me 3 days prior to Mar 30, 2009, towards the end of Feb I began to call in regards to the p/u and was told by James as well as David that someone would get in touch. Long story short, the weekend before scheduled p/u no one contacted me, I"d already purchased my ticket based on the illusion that my vehicle would be picked up, so I"m extremely frantic, after numerous attempts to contact James, he finally contacts me and whines about how he deals with thousand of customers a day, couldn't keep track of everyone, and how he did his part!!!(laughable) the day I flew out and I called while at the airport and spoke with David the other liar and he had the nerve to tell me, "He was going to find out what the hold up was"....idiot! Bottom line Speedy Auto Transport delivers a bunch of empty promise and will waste your time! David and Jame horrible business men!! I called Executive Auto Transport and literally within 24 hours someone came to my cousin's house to pick up my car and delivered it to destination within 5 business days, hassle free, why didn't I think of them first?
