I had to repeatedly call the driver to find out when he was going to pick up the car. The first time he said he would be there in the morning of the next day, then when they hadn't showed up, I called to find out when he was going to pick it up. I asked him when he was going to pick up the car, and he said the next morning, and that he would drive all day and nigh to get the car here on time. I asked him to call me when he got the car. He did not call. I had to call several times to find out when he was going to deliver, and when the scheduled delivery time had passed and he wasn't here, I called to find out where he was. With three cars in tow, I think it would be very simple to call people and let them know that you're going to be a day or more late.

Will not use again, will not recommend to friends.

Sometimes the drivers fall behind in there delivery schedules. This is why all delivery dates and times are estimates at best as was explained. Also, the carrier used is not an employee of Speedy Auto Transport, they are a separate company. We also tried to reach him to help you out but were unable to. Keep in mind we have a 95% satisfaction rate with our customer base. We deliver around 500 cars a month.
