DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! This company is completely unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional. We relocated from California to Florida Nov 2012. We had set a date (4 weeks prior) to secure a shipping date. The day of, they call stating they would not be able to come until 2 days later. We had to argue with them until they had a "sister" company come and pick up that day. On of way to Florida, we recieved a call from the driver stating that his truck was broken into and all the vehicle keys were stolen. We immediately contacted the company and Arianna stated that he had lied to us and that he lost them. Once our vehicles arrived, we saw the evidence that the drivers window was smashed. We had to pay for our keys to be replaced from the dealership and the damages. When we faxed the information over to the company, they stated that they are no longer called Speed Auto Transport (because the son took ownership) but are now called Reliant and weren't sure if they could make payment/assist us. They have been giving us the run around and simply DO NOT want to take responsibility. Luis NEVER calls back. I am telling you NOW, GET YOUR LAWYERS INVOLVED IMMEDIATELY!!! They are never going to handle your business with professional, reliable care! NIGHTMARE
