I don't know how to express my thoughts or feelings other than to say thank you so much to Ben.

In the early September, my sister and I planned how to move our car from Michigan to Washington. Since it's such a long way for two girls to drive along, we decided to find a car mover to help us out.

We logged online and sent a quote request from Michigan auto shippers' website. Then, we got a response from MovingMyCar.com. We called, and with their delivery promise through the phone, we decided to order their service. After we made out payment to them, we waited and waited, but the car was still parked at our friend¡¦s place. We called and emailed for the pick up date. They said we would need to add a couple hundred more to expedite the service since what we paid for is for the discounted package. Ok, we said to them it's fine and we'll wait. Several weeks pasted, we started to wonder if we were in some sort of "con game." We got online again and searched for the rating and reviews of the company. To our surprises, we found their services were rated awfully bad by nearly all of the responded customers. We then canceled the service and lost a nonrefundable $200.

Again, we searched for another car transporter. With our previous terrible experience, we said to ourselves we must take time to search for a reliable one. We prayed and looked for movers with higher rating. We requested quotes for both regular and expedited services. From the responses we got, Specialty Mobile Systems gave a low and only one price. I decided to call and ask them if they got price for expedited service since I needed to compare the price and choose. Ben picked up the phone and told me they don't like other movers who give different prices to customers to make things complicating. Their regular service is same as other's expedited service. He then asked me why I need the expedited service (I think he is really sensitive to his customer¡¦s needs.) I started to tell him my situation. Right after I shared my story with him, he said if I can just give him a couple hours, he can make phone calls to find out if someone can pick up the car these days...... they really picked it up and sent to me within the timeline he told me on the phone. It was arrived without any scratch. The men who sent it to me are so friendly and cute.

My heart is full of thanks, but I haven't gotten the chance to say it to Ben. I wish he has the opportunity to read my review. As someone like me from the other country, I really have no idea about the States' moving system. When I get into troubles, I really don¡¦t know where to turn to for help. I thank God that I can meet someone like Ben to help out.
