This was my first time shipping cars. I shipped two cars from Pasadena, CA to Boothwyn, PA (outside Philly). Everything went well with the exception that the delivery company at destination kept telling me they would deliver at a certain time in the day and it kept getting later in the day. Originally they said between 9-11 and then 3 pm, then 5, and they eventually delivered at 6 pm. When I called Specialty Mobile, they dealt with the delivery company immediately and I got an instant response to my request for status. Overall, I was very pleased with Specialty Mobile Systems.
