I agonized over what auto transporter to use and almost used one of the the lowest ranked (promise them anything) services. I found this site and submitted my information to SMS, I got a quote and a phone call form the owner, Don Ferris. We talked about my concerns and he gave me a quote. It wasn't the cheapest offered, but it was, by far, the best deal. Dee in the office kept me informed every step of the way, and the driver gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions about his progress. They were flawless from start to finish. Today I picked up my 4runner and Mercedes in perfect condition at the shipping terminal in Honolulu. I would recommend this company to my friends and certainly use them again if I need to transport more automobiles.
