I hired Specialty Mobile Systems to move my BMW 330i from Florida to California. The customer service representatives were all very courteous and helpful, and they had no problem scheduling my move with only about a five-day notice. My car was picked up promptly by the transporter, and it was secured to the open carrier. I was originally told it would take around 9 days to transport the car from Florida to California, but in talking to the driver he warned me it may take longer. I appreciated his honesty because this turned out to be true. My car was the first to be picked up and the last one to be delivered, so it took 12 days. I don't mind nor hold it against Specialty Mobile because of one important reason. My car arrived to me in exactly the same shape as when it left. I am very careful with my car, so seeing it look exactly as it had when it was picked up is more important to me than having it arrive earlier. I would use Specialty Mobile Systems again if I had to make another long move and needed my car transported.
