Dee was wonderful !

I was very nervous about sending my husband's pride and joy across the United States to our son. Speciality Mobil was not the least expensive, but they have Dee. Dee spent alot of time on the phone with me answering ALL of my questions and making me feel like the car would arrive safetly. I was told that I would hear from a transport company in about a week to 10 days. Two days later we heard from Rogers Mobile - that's where things went a little wrong. The car got there fine, but Roger's Mobil was not very good about communication. They said they'd be there on a certain date, when we didn't hear from them I had Dee call them and they said well it would be the next day. The next night when we didn't hear from them again, I had Dee contact them and we were told that they were picking up a car at 8am the next morning about an hour from our house and they would be at our place after that. Once again they didn't live up to that - they finally showed up at 3:30. I guess they think that people have jobs that they can just make arrangements to take off from work at the drop of the hat. The driver that picked up the car was very nice and took a lot of care with loading it. My son got a call sunday saying that the car would be delivered on Monday. When he didn't hear from them on Monday we once again made a phone call wand were told that they had some problems and it would be a day or two longer. The car finally showed up on Wednesday. We really had no problem with how long it took just the fact that they keep us hanging out there wondering whether they were coming or not. I do have to say that Dee and Speciality Mobil was there for us every time we called and I'm sure they were tired of hearing from us- it was Rogers Mobil that I had the REAL problem with.
