This was my first auto shipping experience and I was very impressed with the quality of customer service and the timeliness of the scheduled pickup. I was very nervous and apprehensive in selecting a company after reading several reviews about the horrible experiences. I was under a tight timeline and needed the vehicle picked up in just a few days. I did a google search and selected the best rated company for customer satisfaction. They got me scheduled with Specialty Mobile who contacted me in a couple of days and scheduled a time for pickup. The driver kept me informed of his delivery and called when he had a change of plans and thern arrived at the new scheduled time. He was very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable that the car would be taken care of on its journey. I would definitely use again!!! Keep up the good work!!!
