I shipped a brand new Infiniti FX45. The driver backed it on to the top spot above the cab. When I got the car, the rear end was COVERED with smashed dead bugs. Since the rear end is not aerodynamic, there are a lot of cracks and crevices that trapped the bugs. With the wind and the sun, the dead bugs BAKED on to the surface. I've hand scrubbed the rear end 3-4 times and there are still hardned dead bugs I can't remove. This is the 5th car I've shipped and this is the first time this happened.
