We used Specialty Mobile to transport 2 Lexus SUV between the West Coast and the Midwest a year ago and they did such a wonderful job that we decided to use them again this time around. Last time it was around the holidays so the transit took almost 2 weeks, but Don the owner was accessible throughout the whole time to answer any questions and customer service was wonderful.

This time around, we shipped the Jag and another car (separate order) with them and each only took about 4 days, same driver for both times--Suad was the guy's name, he was courteous, professional, and always called ahead to inform us of any possible delays. I understand that alot of time the moving company just contract each job out to different truckers/companies. And that's usually when the problem comes in with inconsistency on the quality of professionalism. But with Specialty Mobile, we can safely say we haven't had any issues. It goes to show that they do a great job picking the right company/trucker to do the job.

In terms of staff, Natasha out of the Wisconsin office didn't seem like she knew too much about the business, but she also sounded young, maybe a part-time student working? But Dee's already great and helpful and Don's great to work with as well.

I'll be recommending Specialty Mobile to anyone I know.
