I was stuck in Oregon without a car for three weeks after they claimed it would be there. This put my life into pause-- couldn't move forward with my job search, made it extremely difficult to go apartment hunting, etc. I used these guys to get my car to florida a year ago and everything went fine. This time it was a disaster. Auto shippers are never reliable-- I wouldnt recommend using any shipping company.

We at Specialty Mobile apologize for this customer’s experience. Unfortunately at certain times of the year, some locations are much more difficult than others. We received this order 2/20/07 and had this dispatched on 3/5/2007 with an estimated delivery as 3/15. Actual transport time in this particular move was 7 days. When customers are establishing a vehicle ready date, we relay to customers that we work with a pickup window of 1 – 10 days due to the fact we strive for door to door service versus utilizing terminals. From a dispatch perspective, we have to make a correlation of the vehicle ready date (the date customers are willing to release the vehicle) and where the drivers are in retrospect to that. As previously stated that is what we strive for, but unfortunately, some locations and periods of the year make moves more difficult than others. Amy/Specialty Mobile
