The folks at Specialty Mobile Systems were great! Despite a minor delay due to their truck breaking down in TN the entire experience was exceptionally good. During the delay, Dee (at SMS) and her staff stayed in touch with me on a daily basis to keep me informed about the status. The cost was pretty reasonable when compared to the services offered by other carriers. All-in-all a great experience and I would definitely use SMS again!
