After an initial system glitch that cost us a few days, I re-entered my order, and the car was delivered from Illinois a week later. Amy and the folks at SMS were busy, but always courteous and informative. Carrier far exceeded my expectations. Crew was courteous, timely, and called to say when they would be arriving. This was my first transport experience, and I would definitely use SMS again.
