I want to first state that the service i received from Denise and Amy was top rate. They even had the car picked up a week early when i requested. My Daughter's Husband is in the military and was going to be deployed to Iraq. We needed to ship the car across the united states from Washington State to Maine. Timing was of the utmost and they came thru with flying colors.

Denise was friendly, answered all our calls and questions and did everything she said she would do. This company is very lucky to have her working for them. She is a doll. The problem is not with SMS but the driver that picked up the car and delivered it.

The driver called me on wed night at 9:00 P.M. durning a snow storm. He was the most rude person i have ever spoken tot. He informed me all New Hampshire drivers were a** Holes and that he was coming that night with the car. We waited up He never showed or called. The next morning he called and told me All Maine drivers were A**Holes and didn't know how to drive. He also said two cars had blocked him in and he was waiting for a tow truck. He said he was going to leave my car off at a terminal somewhere and i was to drive out in the storm and meet him. I told him i didn't have a car and i paid for door to door service. I called Denise who called him and told him he was to bring it to my town as arranged. That really ticked him off .

When the driver got to my house he came to my door with a crowbar in hand ,refusing to unload the car until i paid him cash( 1,100.00) first. I said ok but i need a receipt for the cash as the money is my daughters.. He had a temper tantrum and said " fine you don't get the car" and he took off down the road in a huff leaving me shook up and in tears. Meanwhile my daughter and son-in-law call after arriving to say their goodbys at the armybase and i has to tell them the driver pulled a nutty and took off with their car. (The kid is going off to fight for our country and the driver takes off with his car).

Denise was very supportive and gave me some good advise on what to do. Needless to say my husband had to leave work, travel in the storm to meet the driver a street over (he refused to bring the car back to the house) and signed for the cash and we got back my daughters car. Funny he didn't try to abuse my husband...just women i guess.

The only thing that made me smile was when the driver took off in a huff he headed down a dead end road by the lake before i could tell him he needed to turn at the resturant. He turned off on a posted road got the trailer stuck and the town police, firetrucks and loader had to pull him out. The police also wanted to ticket him 400 dollars for causing all that havic durning a storm. Last i heard the driver wasn't sure if he was getting the ticket or not but Monty sure deserved it.

Once more, the company was very good to me,my daughter and her husband but this driver has a very bad tempter and i would not recommend doing business with this driver. Something just isn't right here.
