I was very impressed by the service from Specialty Mobile. Corey (the driver) picked up the vehicle on time at the dealership. I contacted Amy at the SMS office and she was very friendly and helpful. She gave me Corey's cell phone number. When I then contacted him to discuss delivery, he was very flexible and he arranged to deliver the car at my home at the time I specified. Corey called me 15 minutes before he arrived to ensure I was home and he arrived perfectly on time. Corey was very careful and meticulous in unloading the car. The car arrived clean and undamaged. Overall I am quite satisfied with the service I received from SMS and would not hesitate to use them again.
