Specialty gave me a wonderful rate and great customer service. The driver was slightly later than his first estimate for pickup, but this was due to very poor weather, AND he communicated the delay in advance. I had trouble with a dead battery on delivery and he was extremely helpful in helping me get it going. They picked it up less than a week after I called, and delivered two days after pickup.

After all the horrible reviews I read while choosing a carrier, I was impressed by their professionalism and service. Of course, I also allowed some flexibility in my own schedule and left open a window of time for pick up and delivery.
