I needed to send my son's car to him in California, after deciding that having him drive it there wasn't an option. After checking various transport sites and getting some prices, I stumbled across Transport Reviews. When I looked at the reviews of some of the companies I had already contacted, I found some really scary stories. At that point it only made sense to go with the top rated company, and so I gave Specialty Mobile Systems a call. They were courteous, friendly, and gave me a quote in seconds. Although not the cheapest or the most expensive, they left me with the feeling that they'd get my son's car to California with a minimum of problems.

True to my feeling, everything went like clockwork. The driver they engaged showed up pretty much when they said he would and couldn't have been nicer. He met me in a convenient place, taking great care to inspect the car and carefully load it onto his truck. He told me when he thought he'd be able to deliver it and was right on. He called my son on the day he said he would and was very accommodating about fitting the delivery into my son's schedule. The car arrived perfectly, with just a little dust from the road--which was more than understandable.

A few days after he received the car I got a call from Dee, who is with Specialty Mobile Systems, asking how everything went, which was a much appreciated follow-up. All-in-all I can see why they are the top rated company and would certainly use them again.
