All contact people were polite and courteous. All questions were answered leaving no surprises. Respose time was well within what was promised. Driver worked well with the seller to arrange a mutually agreeable pick up time. Driver also worked with me to arrange drop off time. Vehicle was delivered undamaged. I consider transport cost to be reasonable, especially for door to door service.
