After picking a company which had no review information, just a website advertising reliability and safety. I sent in my information with a deposit, two weeks later I had not heard a thing. The guy who answered the phone sounded as if he did not want to be bother. Now I'm worried and don't feel like entrusting the safety of my although beat up but still mine and paid for car to them. A coworker told me about SMS. She had her car shipped without any problems and in record time. I called and got a pleasant and eager woman who was very willing to help. Dee told me it could possibly take up to ten days before my car would be picked up. The price to ship from DC to Alabama would cost about $200 more than the other company for a total of $895. I was contacted and given the name and number of the driver who would handle the transport. My car was actually picked up about 5 days later. Chris was great and wanted and tried to get my car to me in two days. I did received my car very early on the third day as agreed upon. Received my car in the same condition as picked up. I will absoluetly use SMS in the future.
