A little late...slight communication problem with trucker

I was very happy with Specialty Mobile. Although the delivery was later than expected, it did not cause me a problem. The trucker's vehicle was damaged and needed repair...reason for late pickup and delivery. The only criticism that I have is: The trucker was not terribly friendly or communicative when I tried to contact him during the few days prior to delivery. A bit frustrating trying to get reliable info on delivery day and time.
