Communication was good early. Reservations were made and then it was quated as being picked up between the 14th thru the 18th. Car was finally picked up on the 21st. I had to call for more info on the delivery after it was picked up. When car was delivered it wasn't covered as it was quoted as being and it was very dirty. Must be because of the soft sided carrier I guess plus it wasn't covered.Driver was very friendly and was helping go over the car for possible damage but was hard to do because it was so dirty. Would try someone else the next time due to the late pick-up and condition of car when it arrived.Wouldn't recommend for open cars. This was my first delivery and maybe I'm expecting to much for the money?
