I used SMS to transport my 58 DeSoto (not running) and two daily drivers from Massachusetts to Florida. I've never used a car carrier company before. After lots of research, SMS had the best price and gave me the best comfort level going into the move. Don Ferris worked very closely with me to hit my best target dates and to find a temporary storage facility for my DeSoto. We ran into a few unforseen problems long the way (caused by third parties) but one call to Don and things were taken care of. Don placed his reputation and integrety above all else, including money and profit. IMO everybody runs into problems, but it's how you handle them that can set you apart. Don understands this and it is the cornerstone of his customer service. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.
