Damaged car - no return call

It’s important to note Specialty Mobile offers $20 for a positive review. My negative experience is not worth the $20 offered. My car was picked up and delivered on-time however it was damaged during the process. The driver did not take responsibility. I had pictures before and after and noted on the damage on the document, talked to Amy about reimbursement of $200 for damages, told it would be taken care of and after 8-10 calls and emails have not heard back from anyone. I had to absorb the cost of repair. Most companies will get a positive review as long as everything goes well. The difference is how someone handles a situation when things don’t go as plan. I understand things happen. Ignoring calls and not taking responsibility is not customer service. Specialty Mobile has not shown me they are a 5 star company when they don’t return calls, take responsibility for there driver and follow through on there commitment. It’s not worth the $20 for a positive review.
