I had originally scheduled the transport with another company. But when my car had not been picked up as scheduled and I had not been notified of any other plans even a week after the scheduled date, I cancelled the original transport order, got a refund of my money, and contacted Specialty Mobile Systems. There were courteous, helpful, and scheduled my transport with Gentle Touch Transport. The car was picked up and delivered as scheduled, with a couple of unavoidable delays. The driver was very courteous about calling from his cell phone several times throughout the tranport to tell me where my car was and when to expect it. Overall, a good experience and the car arrived in immaculate condition!
