I used SMS as the broker to move two cars from boston to seattle. they were very helpful on the phone, easy to reach, and seemed to be very responsive and responsible.

the carrier they booked me with (Kadett auto transport) seemed to be on the up and up as well.

my cars were supposed to be picked up on june 25, and arrive by july 3. in the end, due to various difficulties (mechanical and otherwise), the cars were picked up by the carrier on june 30, and arrived on july 8. i kind of get the impression that with auto transport in general these kinds of delays are par for the course.

both cars arrived in good condition.
