Thank you so much for putting up this website.

It saved me from what could have been a terrible experience.

I had put out a quote on a car move from Dallas to Seattle and was inundated with responses. I chose to go with the least expensive and most responsive reply (Snobird Transport).

I was literally in the process of booking the trip and giving them my credit card number when I googled "Snobird Transport and bad reviews" and found your website.

I couldn't believe what I was reading about the horrible experiences other customers had with Snobird.

I immediately challenged the sales rep to respond and address these issues. He tried feeding me a line of BS about the company having been sold, the people changing (which was patently untrue since there were reviews on the site which clearly contradicted that).

Needless to say I hung up as quickly as possible.

Somewhat shaken, I decided not to tempt fate again and to go with the number 1 rated company based on positive reviews from this site's customers (Specialty Mobile Systems).

They were fantastic from start to finish. Clear, no pressure, transparent and 100% reliable throughout. They picked up my car on the exact day they promised and delivered it on the exact day they promised (and for only $75 more than Snobird).

It got my move off to an excellent start and I have this site to thank for it. Thanks to all of you for providing your insight and saving my butt. I'd recommend Speciality Mobile Systems to anyone.

Although I have to acknowledge that I never actually used Snobird Transport, just check out the reviews of those people who weren't as lucky as I was to see this site first.
