The company responded promptly to my query, giving me a quotation. Once I accepted the quotation, the car pickup was scheduled very quickly. Communication with the transport company was easy and I was kept updated of minor changes to the pickup schedule. The driver identified an easy location for pickup because my home address was not accessible to the truck. He was polite, thorough, and helpful during the loading. Delivery of the car was around the original estimated time and the driver was very helpful in locating an acceptable dropoff location. The car could not be delivered to the destination address because of narrow local streets.
